Director of Photography
Isaiah E. J. Randleman
Having found his proverbial sea legs from a childhood in theater, Isaiah is no stranger to the world of production. As a youth, Isaiah gained a knowledge and passion for image making, capturing architecture in his free time as well as attending classes and workshops at Temple
and Uarts. His introduction to video production was narrative cinema; and he spent many weekends on independent film sets with friends and acquaintances creating and executing their own stories. Much time was spent learning the various film roles, and understanding his own goals and desires in the film industry.
In 2020 he decided to go full time with this passion; and has spent the time since freelancing and working on/with various projects and production companies. He is passionate about the entire image making and filmmaking process, devoting himself to learning how all the elements come together to form a pleasing image and an emotional response, in a deeper way.
Donald Mears
Scene Design
Don Mears is a member of the Design Team in the capacity as a Set Designer at Castavision TV Productions. Don began his journey with Castavision in 2021 when he joined a team of pioneering innovators to develop unique set design concepts. It was at Castavision that he was able to revive God given artistic talents which began in his childhood. Don’s first experience with Set Design began in Middle School when he was caught “sketching” during 7th grade French class. His French Teacher confiscated his drawings and immediately recruited him to design, construct, and paint background scenery for an entire school theatre production. Don’s passion for art and design continued throughout Middle and High school. His artistic gifts transferred to College where he engaged in Set Design, artwork, and technical assistance for several theatrical stage productions.
Don continues to feel very fortunate to be challenged by the dynamic and talented team members at Cstavsion. It is their energetic spirit that moves him to a higher level of development, achievement, and leadership.
